The SCHURZ metal frame transport spreader beam 1.5 t is a specially developed forklift attachment for safe frame handling in industry.
The initial situation was an unsafe transport solution in which large-volume racks were transported directly on the forks of the forklift trucks and could slip during operation – a significant safety risk in intralogistics.
The SCHURZ transport spreader beam has a coated V-support, which ensures a positive and gentle load support of the racks. This transport aid is picked up quickly via fork entry shoes and secured hydraulically via the fork adjustment, without the forklift driver having to dismount. The solution is ideal for handling frames and racks on roller conveyors as well as for transportation and truck loading.
