In this project, a direct conversion was carried out on two STILL RX 20-16 forklift trucks to facilitate battery removal. A forced guide was fitted to both trucks, which prevented the desired battery change.

The conversion made it necessary to optimize the battery-side forced guidance system, including the substructure, so that the forklift battery can be changed quickly again.
