The Fa. ING. M. SCHURZ has been ensuring for 40 years that the products designed and manufactured for our customers are precisely tailored to the respective requirements of the company.
This project involves an attachable, hydraulic SCHURZ tipping device for lattice box pallets and pallets with stacking frames. The emptying units are quickly picked up with the forks, secured with SCHURZ quick-release pins and hydraulically connected using plug-in couplings. The boxes are easily clamped via the existing clamping fork. Retaining lugs at the top and bottom prevent the boxes from slipping during the turning process. The retaining lugs also prevent the stacking frames from being lost during turning. The Fa. ING. M. SCHURZ builds these unloading devices with a simple 130° rotation range as well as with a full 180° rotation range and in various designs. Suitable and optimized fork positioners or clamping forks can also be supplied as a complete package.
In this special case, attachable bale arms were made for plastic bales.
