A special feature of the SCHURZ attachment is a specially developed and manufactured ING. M. SCHURZ valve block unit. This makes it possible to perform light clamping and spreading tasks, whereby both movements can be adjusted independently of each other, both in terms of oil quantity and oil pressure. And all this without affecting the function of the integrated sideshift.
Furthermore, the SCHURZ special fork positioner is designed as an integral variant. The original mast slide of the forklift is still used by welding the SCHURZ attachment directly to the guide cheeks. This increases or optimizes the residual load capacity of the forklift.
The forks are specially bolted to the attachment for optimum force distribution. This optimizes the quality of work and ensures greater safety during operation.
The hydraulic fork adjustment also offers the advantage that it can be operated directly from the driver’s seat.
The clamping or spreading function is used to fix the customer’s containers.
