This SCHURZ container hook was manufactured for our customer in the desired design for a Linde H 80 forklift truck with a basic load capacity of 8,000 kg at LSP 900 mm.
The loads are roll containers (loaded with scrap iron) with a total weight of 11 tons. The end customer is a state-owned steel producer and uses the same equipment in a self-built version (without CE, without type plate, without documentation). The Fa. ING. M. SCHURZ has therefore adapted the attachment to the forklift truck and reproduced it in a similar design with CE marking, type plate and complete documentation.
The SCHURZ transport hook is picked up over the forks of the Linde H 80 / 900 mm and secured against slipping by means of push-through bolts.
The beveled design on the container side ensures maximum impact when cornering.
The SCHURZ transport hook can then be used to safely lift, push or pull the container free on one side by approx. 200 mm (for factory transport).
