For our customer, an Austrian manufacturer and producer of high-quality animal proteins and fats, this SCHURZ container emptying device has already been designed and manufactured several times. The SCHURZ container tipping device was designed to be mounted with the SCHURZ clamp fork already available in the company and is suitable for a Weidemann telescopic handler type 4070.
The existing metal containers weighing up to 1,500 kg are turned 180° forwards with this SCHURZ emptying device and thus emptied optimally and cleanly. The SCHURZ container tipping device is secured via the drive-in shoes by means of the forks and with the special SCHURZ securing device on the forks. This prevents the SCHURZ attachment from slipping, moving or even getting lost during use. The SCHURZ turning devices are connected hydraulically via quick couplings so that they can be changed easily.
The advantage of the SCHURZ emptying device is that, due to its design, it is possible to reach further into a large container for emptying than with a slewing device with lateral emptying.
The SCHURZ emptying device is a standard device from the company. ING. M. SCHURZ, which can be customized in the design of the holder. There are variants with half shells to accommodate drums or coils, or the option of using them to empty waste garbage cans.
The Fa. ING. M. SCHURZ offers – as can be seen from this example – individual solutions with a standard basic device to enable optimized applications.
