The SCHURZ container emptying device was manufactured for our customer for the second time on special request. The existing fork positioner in the company is not suitable for a clamping process, so the SCHURZ emptying device with integrated clamping function was developed for this application.
The SCHURZ container emptying device can not only be used for emptying 240 liter plastic waste bins, but the emptying device can also be quickly converted into a SCHURZ drum emptying device thanks to the interchangeable additional gripping trays.
How does the SCHURZ universal emptying device work? The device is picked up via the fork retraction shoes and secured by means of safety locking pins. After connecting the hydraulic hoses using plug-in couplings, the container can be clamped hydraulically and rotated 180° forwards between the forks in order to carry out emptying in a controlled and safe manner.
