Big bag combination unit for forklift operation<\/h2>\n

The big bag combination device<\/strong> from ING. M. SCHURZ combines two essential functions: the transportation and cutting of big bags in a single device. This solution saves time, increases safety and improves efficiency in the work process. <\/p>\n

  • Transport unit:<\/strong> The transport unit lifts and transports big bags safely using fork tine drive-in shoes<\/strong>, which ensure easy handling. At the same time, it protects the cutting unit to prevent injuries and damage. The four suspension lugs securely hold the big bag in place before the forklift transfers it to the stationary lifting unit. <\/li>\n
  • Slicing unit:<\/strong> As soon as the forklift has transferred the big bag to the lifting unit, the operator removes the slicing unit from the transport unit. This unit is then moved directly under the big bag. Using an integrated cutting mechanism, the operator pierces the big bag from below and opens it.     ING. M. SCHURZ has developed and offers a separate big bag cutting device for crane operation. This device is particularly suitable for industrial environments such as steel production. Users empty big bags over a grid and transport bulk materials such as chemical additives or granulates directly into mixing bunkers. <\/p>\n

    • Use in crane operation:<\/strong> In crane operation, the indoor crane positions the cutting device directly on the grid. The operator then uses a front loader to lift the big bag containing chemical additives over the device. By slowly lowering the big bag, it is cut open at the bottom and the material is emptied. <\/li>\n
