The SCHURZ special roller manipulator type BERH 6/80 with hydraulic lifting and tilting function is used to manipulate rollers with a maximum weight of 300 kg.
The rolls can be gently tilted from an upright to a horizontal position and then placed on a mandrel of the production machine. The platform can be rotated 180° to change the winding direction of the rolls.
