Pedestrian stacker with tilting device Shaft roller clamp

SCHURZ conversion of an electric Still stacker type EGV 160. The wheel arms were extended due to the load center of gravity to ensure stability. In addition, a counterweight was fitted and the lifting height was limited.

Existing initial lift was converted to new hydraulic function and split (for clamping and tilting). Stability test and re-typing carried out. The SCHURZ hydraulic tilting device is permanently mounted on the truck and enables sensitive tilting of approx. 10° upwards and 90° downwards.

Thanks to the quick coupler, shaft or roller clamps can be used without any problems. The shaft clamp picks up the winding shaft by means of a clamp on the shaft stub and clamps it hydraulically. It is then pulled out of the plastic sleeve. With the reel clamp, the horizontal reels can be picked up by clamping the inside of the core and, tilted by 90°, transported and placed on a pallet.
