SCHURZ pedestrian stacker emptying device suitable for a Jungheinrich pedestrian stacker with a basic load capacity of 1,200 kg at 600 mm LSP. A fixed tilting device is mounted on the pedestrian stacker instead of the forks.

This device can be used to pick up metal mesh boxes or pallets with stacking frames with a maximum weight of up to 600 kg and turn them forward by 180° hydraulically and sensitively. A force limitation of the clamp function prevents damage to the tipper and container.

Small, manually adjustable lugs prevent the boxes or stacking frames from slipping. The pedestrian stacker has been upgraded with two additional hydraulic functions.
