The SCHURZ conversion of a Linde T20 pallet truck with a load capacity of 2,000 kg at LSP 600 mm and a standard wheel arm length of 1,150 mm included the extension of the wheel arms to 1,900 mm and the preparation for mounting the SCHURZ mounting adapter with automatic locking.
Specifically, the load capacity was increased to 3,000 kg at LSP 1,400 mm, the wheel arms reinforced, the lifting mechanism adapted, an additional guide for the push rod adapted and the four original rollers replaced with heavy-duty rollers.
The SCHURZ mounting adapter consists of a support surface under which the retraction shoes for the wheel arms are located. The adapter is simply picked up with the wheel arms and automatically locked with the lift to 20 mm from the ground. This makes it possible to safely pick up and transport special glass pane transportation devices. Multi-point locks connect the load with the vehicle to form a single unit.
