SCHURZ hydraulic roll manipulator suitable for paper rolls with a weight of 250 kg. The paper rolls are loaded safely and easily into production machines for dairy products using this special lifting trolley.
A hydraulic overload protection prevents damage to the mandrel in the event of accidental overlifting. As the winding direction of the paper rolls has to be partially reversed, the support platform is designed to be rotatable with automatic locking in the 180° positions. Special design to avoid pressure marks on the paper rolls, automatic quick lift for small weights and sensitive lowering with a special lowering valve.
