A production company for refractory bricks transports its production tools using special steel pallets and steel boxes, which have special dimensions. Therefore, these pallets and boxes cannot be manipulated using standard pedestrian stackers. As a specialist for special conversions, a Linde standard vehicle was purchased from the company. ING. M. SCHURZ individually adapted to the customer’s requirements.
The SCHURZ conversion involved modifying the wheel arms and U-profile forks. These were removed from the vehicle, shortened and welded on with a new distance between them. In addition, the U-profile forks were converted to an L-profile.
This modification results in a new basic load capacity of 1,000 kg for the LSP 410 and a lifting height of 3,900 mm. The new overall length of the vehicle is approx. 1,550 mm.
