The SCHURZ coffin manipulator with hydraulic lifting function, clamp function, side shift and push-out function suitable for a Jungheinrich pedestrian pallet truck with a basic load capacity of 1,400 kg at LSP 600 mm is used for the safe and damage-free manipulation of coffins with a total weight of up to 400 kg. The coffins can be transported directly from the hearse to the cold storage shelving system and from there to the crematorium. The coffin can then be pushed directly into the furnace.
The entire system is designed for dignified and sensitive handling of the coffins with the deceased.
Slim, heat-resistant arms make it easier to place the coffin in the incinerator and a wide-track chassis ensures it can be picked up directly from the ground. A hydraulic extension moves the coffin 400 mm into the furnace without the vehicle tipping over.
