This new standard workshop crane was converted for our customer, which produces bakery machines and systems for baked goods. This device is used to lift machine parts into and out of stationary baking systems.
The conversion consisted of the company ING. M. SCHURZ increased the basic height of the vertical main arm by 300 mm and extended the extendable inner load arm by 300 mm. Care had to be taken to retain all functions and locking options. Furthermore, a counterweight was installed near the drawbar for reasons of stability. The wheel arm length was not changed (the LSP point is now outside the load wheel). The wheel arm height has been reduced to allow the wheel arms to be driven under stationary machines.
