The SCHURZ vibrating table is for our customer from Carinthia – a plastics processing company – which fills plastic granulate into big bags. In order to increase the filling level in the big bags, they have to be vibrated so that the granulate sits together and a high loading density of the big bags can be achieved.
Although the customer’s filling machine was equipped with a 4-fold jogging device, it could not achieve this level of efficiency as the big bags were jogged from above via the hanging loops.
The SCHURZ vibrating table is therefore the optimum solution, as the big bag is now placed on this platform of the SCHURZ vibrating table during filling and vibrated with direct contact, whereby the granulate is optimally compacted.
The special feature of the SCHURZ vibratory plate is also the infinitely variable electronic control of the motor speed of both vibratory motors, because depending on the type of granulate, the vibratory frequency is decisive for the filling density.
In this way, optimum filling can be achieved.
