SCHURZ load securing device, suitable for a BT SPE 200 special pedestrian stacker with a basic load capacity of 2,000 kg at LSP 600 mm. The load securing device is attached via the carrier plate of the forklift truck. The load securing bracket is opened and closed using a switch near the drawbar.
The securing process is carried out electrically. The securing hook is removable for any subsequent adjustments.
The load (mold tools) is picked up via the forks and mechanically secured against slipping forwards from above by means of the SCHURZ load securing device. The pressure force on the mold tool is limited both mechanically to 100 kg and electrically.
