A metalworking company needs to lift or remove 500 kg parts into a hot-air furnace for tempering. In order to be able to safely suspend these parts, the customer requires special, individually manufactured load hooks, which are suspended from the existing overhead crane.
As the existing load handling attachments were not CE-compliant, new hooks were supplied by Carl Stahl, a specialist in crane lifting equipment, to the company. ING. M. SCHURZ for production. The maximum heat exposure is 400°C for a maximum of 30 seconds. The SCHRUZ special load hooks were manufactured from heat-resistant stainless steel in the dimensions requested by the customer.
