Two individual crane lifting beams were designed and manufactured for our customer, which is a leading manufacturer of electrical insulation materials, technical laminates and composite materials.

The requirements were to manufacture a crane lifting beam with a basic load-bearing capacity of 500 kg and a dead weight of less than 30 kg. In addition, tool-free attachable suspension hooks are required, which are firmly fixed to the outer spacer bolts and cannot be rotated (for attaching slings and lifting chains).
