Battery lifting beam

SCHURZ battery lifting beam with mechanical width adjustment for a Jungheinrich towing vehicle, with tiltable cab. The battery lifting beam is picked up on the crane hook with an existing overhead crane and the battery is lifted out of the battery box. The battery lifting beam needs to be particularly low in order to be able to lift the battery out of the vehicle without damaging it in the confined space available. For this reason, a conventional chain sling was not used. The battery is picked up directly from the lifting beam using bolts. Due to the mechanical distance adjustment, the bolts engage directly in the holes of the battery carrier.
