Our customer operates a sawmill and requires a galvanized tipping container with adjustable tipping brake for the forklift trucks already in the factory – a Hyster H 3.00 XMX with a residual load capacity of 2,830 kg / LSP 500 mm and a Hyundai DS-7 with a residual load capacity of 4,000 kg / LSP 600 mm.
The load is wood waste with a maximum weight of 500 kg / m³.
The SCHURZ tipping container is picked up on the forklift truck via fork entry
shoes with a safety chain to prevent slipping. The capacity of the SCHURZ tipping container is 2m³. The SCHURZ container is tipped mechanically via a cable pull release. In addition, a hydraulic tipping brake is integrated into the tipping mechanism of the container. This is used for the infinitely variable preselectable tipping speed of the tipping container during the emptying process.
