One of our customers from the construction industry needed a cost-effective tipping container for its waste. The waste management sector in particular has very different and complex requirements for tipping containers. The company ING. M. SCHURZ is able to supply a wide variety of containers to meet the individual requirements of our customers thanks to its many years of experience in this field. In addition to controlled emptying containers with hydraulic drive, there is also a wide range of mechanical tipping containers. We prefer containers with a rigid and robust shaft for reliable and long-lasting use. These containers fold back into their original state when lowered and are locked in place by means of catch hooks. Thanks to this design, the containers empty reliably, regardless of the material and filling quantity. The containers are available in various designs, for example as chip containers, waste paper containers, construction waste containers etc. with different contents and can be fitted with wheels on request.
The SCHURZ tipping container is attached to the forklift truck by means of a fork carriage and can be tipped using a cable pull-out solution. The load capacity is 1,000 kg. The container has a capacity of 0.5 m³.
