The end customer works with technical textiles in various application areas. These textiles are stored on textile rollers and removed as required. The end customer owns a pedestrian pallet truck and required a special design mandrel. The textile rollers have a small mounting diameter and an above-average roller length. In order to find an optimal solution for the existing device, the company ING. M. SCHURZ commissioned.
The SCHURZ special carrying mandrel now meets the wishes and requirements of the end customer and is picked up via the base forks of the tiller and secured against slipping with a chain. In order to meet the requirements in the area of stability, a counterweight has been integrated into the special carrying mandrel.
