Our customer already had a SCHURZ load-bearing mandrel that had worked reliably for years. However, following violent damage, a successor device is now required that once again meets the high requirements.
The successor model to the SCHURZ lifting mandrel has been specially developed to provide optimum support for forklifts with FEM 2 and FEM 3 suspension – in this case Linde front loaders with a basic load capacity of 1.5 to 3 tons at an LSP of 500 mm. The SCHURZ support mandrel is simply and securely attached to the carrier plate of the forklift and firmly bolted on with robust screw-on jaws. With a load capacity of 1,800 kg and a load center of 600 mm, it meets all requirements for stability and durability.
