This special SCHURZ tipping container was manufactured for our customer, an Austrian manufacturer of baked goods, to fit a Linde L 14 pedestrian stacker with a basic load capacity of 1,400 kg at LSP 500 mm, in a special stainless steel design for the food sector.
The SCHURZ tipping container is used for production waste in the food industry. In order to comply with the hygiene standards in the food industry, it is necessary to manufacture the container in a stainless steel design. Furthermore, the shape of the SCHURZ transport container is adapted to the company’s production line, which also results in the filling volume. In order to maneuver the SCHURZ tipping container within the clean room without great physical effort, the container is equipped with additional castors.
Outside the clean room, the SCHURZ tipping container is picked up and secured using the forks of the forklift truck in order to empty the waste. Tipping is possible at any height using a cable pull.
