These SCHURZ attachment shoes are suitable for the Still RX 60-25 forklift, with a basic load capacity of 2,500 kg at LSP 500 mm and a rotatable SCHURZ fork positioner 22-11 M.
The SCHURZ special slip-on shoes are attached using the basic fork tines and secured against slipping using the quick-release fastener on the back of the fork.
These special SCHURZ slip-on shoes have been equipped in such a way that they can pick up and lock the pallet cages in our customer’s plant via their support feet without the need for tools.
One pallet cage at a time (800 kg each) is picked up by the forklift truck using the special SCHURZ slip-on shoes and secured against slipping during the turning process using the hydraulic fork spreading process.
The pallet cage is secured against slipping off the special slip-on shoes in the openings of the support legs. The specially shaped 4 securing lugs engage in the specially shaped openings of the support legs when the forks are spread. Using SCHURZ special slip-on shoes, it is now possible to empty the pallet cages with the rotating SCHURZ fork positioner.
