One of our customers requires special attachment arms for the safe transportation and emptying of its IBC containers filled with chemicals. For this purpose, the company ING. M. SCHURZ developed an individual and optimum solution for the company by manufacturing push-on arms together with a parking base frame. The push-on arms are picked up using existing Kalmar forklifts with the forks of a 360° rotating clamp fork. The mechanical, tool-free securing against slipping is achieved by means of through bolts.
The push-on arms are also designed with a rubber coating to enable non-slip and therefore secure large-surface clamping of the containers.
Specially developed retaining straps additionally secure the containers against slipping out.
A base frame was also supplied by the company for easy pick-up and safe storage of the push-on arms. ING. M. SCHURZ. This parking base frame can be picked up complete with the push-on arms via additional fork entry shoes and transported as a complete unit.
