For our customer, a specialist company for the disposal and smelting of lead-containing residual materials and waste,
this rotating SCHURZ clamp fork was manufactured in the desired design for a Linde H 40 D forklift truck with a basic load capacity of 4,000 kg at LSP 500 mm. The order included a conversion for a spreader insert for the clamp fork, as well as additional aluminum profile supports on the outside for the heaviest smelting operations. A version with bolt-on forks was also requested.
The SCHURZ clamp fork is a multifunctional attachment that can be rotated 360 degrees. Loads or containers with different dimensions can be picked up, clamped or, as in this particular case, spread. The rotating clamp fork is also used to empty various containers. The SCHURZ rotating clamp fork is characterized not only by its compact design, but also by its good visibility.
