The fourth SCHURZ recycling bale clamp with a basic load capacity of 3,300 kg / LSP 750 or 4,200 kg / LSP 600 mm is required by our customer, who is active in the plastics processing sector.
The loads are plastic bales that are maneuvered from the trucks to the storage area and, if necessary, into the shredder. Depending on size and weight, two or three bales should be transported on top of each other, with the bottom bale being clamped. Due to the large opening area of the recycling bale clamp, a truck width of the loading area can be emptied in one operation.
When stapling two bales, the maximum weight of each individual plastic bale is 1,100 kg. If three bales are stapled at the same time, the maximum weight is 800 kg each.
The SCHURZ bale clamp including quick coupler for tool-free attachment can be used with the customer’s existing basic vehicle, a JCB telescopic handler type 550 / 80 WM.
