The SCHURZ long goods spreader beam is suitable for a JDQ 60 / 14 TV jumbo sideloader with a basic load capacity of 6,000 kg at LSP 700 mm.
The lifting beam is used to transport glued laminated timber with a maximum weight of 5,000 kg and a length of approx. 12 meters. The cross beam is picked up by the forklift’s carrier plate and locked in place with the forklift’s existing hydraulic fork adjustment.
The load must rest almost evenly on the forklift forks and the forks of the cross beam. Additional load stops on the back of the forks prevent damage to the glulam beams due to contact with the fork kink.
