The SCHURZ foam loading and unloading manipulator is picked up with the forks, the slip-on shoes are secured on the fork back with a pin to prevent slipping. Each slip-on shoe has a tilting support, the pivot point is located at the end of the fork extension.
The inner edges of the tilt support are beveled so that the foam rollers have a cup-shaped support surface. The center of gravity of the tilting supports is located behind the pivot point on the forklift side, so that the support tilts back to its original position after unloading. The foam rolls are manually placed on the manipulator, transported and can be set up on the truck by an employee simply by tilting them.
