This SCHURZ lifting pin is suitable for a Linde forklift truck type L 14 with a basic load capacity of 1,400 kg at LSP 600 mm and suitable for a Linde forklift truck type L 10 with a basic load capacity of 1,000 kg at LSP 600 mm. The SCHURZ carrying mandrel is picked up via the fork entry shoes of the pedestrian stacker.
A carrying mandrel is used wherever materials are wound onto cores. For example, carpet rolls, coils and films can be transported on rolls with the carrying mandrel. The set-up times of the SCHURZ carrying mandrel are extremely short, as this attachment is picked up with the tines of the pedestrian stacker. In this particular case, the SCHURZ carrying mandrel is used for rolls up to 3 meters long with a maximum diameter of 350 mm and a maximum weight of 200 kg. The rolls are located under the forks during transportation.
When using the SCHURZ carrying mandrel, ensure that it is secured to the carrier vehicle using the safety chain supplied to prevent it from slipping.
Furthermore, this special SCHURZ lifting pin has a storage aid which can also be kept directly on the vehicle when the lifting pin is in use.
