Our customer, an Austrian company from the construction industry, has already owned a SCHURZ double pallet fork with integrated sideshift for a Jungheinrich TRG 425 s with a basic load capacity of 2,500 kg at LSP 500 since 2006. 8 years later (2014), this was optimized by means of a hydraulic load safety device.

The SCHURZ double pallet fork with integrated sideshift had to be replaced due to 15 years of heavy use and wear. The hydraulic load safety device could be refurbished and was rebuilt on the new device. The machine was also optimized by using a special valve block to control the hydraulic load safety device. A specially developed special valve block was installed as part of the conversion, which meant that the previously required multiple individual blocks and multiple individual hose connections could be replaced.
The new SCHURZ double pallet fork is therefore optimized for efficient working thanks to a SCHURZ conversion of the hydraulic load securing system.
