The SCHURZ hydraulic load securing system prevents the load (stacks of polystyrene boards) from tipping sideways. For this purpose, a load securing arm that can be hydraulically tilted by 90° was mounted on both sides of the outer fork pair of the existing SCHURZ double pallet fork.
The force and speed of the 90° folding are pre-settable, the sides can be controlled individually. In addition, the safety arms each have an integrated 50 mm spring-loaded clamp reserve. The effective length of the load securing arm is approx. 350 mm.
