Our customer, a leading manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the agricultural industry, is regularly faced with the challenge of transporting heavy and bulky frame components precisely and safely. In order to meet these special requirements, we have developed the SCHURZ special forks – an innovative solution that is specially tailored to the handling of components with height offset.
Our hydraulically height-adjustable SCHURZ forks are the ideal solution for the safe transportation of these frame components, which have a height offset of up to 160 mm.
This fork, which is designed for use on a Linde forklift truck with a load capacity of 3,500 kg at LSP 500 mm, enables precise adjustment to the respective transport height with a stroke of +250 mm. While one fork is hydraulically adjustable, the second remains at its standardized height to ensure maximum stability and safety during transport.
