The hydraulic SCHURZ tipping device was developed for 240 l manure buckets. It is picked up and locked with the forks of an existing SCHURZ fork positioner. Toggle screws reduce the play on the forks. The manure buckets can be clamped easily thanks to the specially shaped pressure plates and can therefore be picked up quickly and safely.
The container can then be tilted forwards by 180° in a controlled manner. Brackets attached to the top of the tipper prevent the container from slipping during the tipping process. Plastic strips on the pressure plates prevent the containers from being scratched, and a shielding plate has also been fitted to the tire area to protect the tires from damage.
