For a printing company, it was necessary to widen the fork spacing of a pedestrian pallet truck as the customer uses special pallets.
The SCHURZ forks in a special shape were manufactured to fit a Toyota SWE 200 L electric pallet truck with a basic load capacity of 2,000 kg at LSP 600 mm. The Toyota electric pallet truck was supplied with an FEM 2 fork carriage as standard. However, due to the wheel arms, the use of normal forklift forks is not possible. For this reason, special L-shaped forks were manufactured which can be picked up using the FEM fork carriage, but can also be lowered using the wheel arms. The L-shape ensures that the special pallets can be picked up.
