For our customer, who is active in the production of wire goods and wire products, the SCHURZ slip-on shoes were manufactured in this individual design, suitable for a Hangcha stacker type HC 100 TJ with a basic load capacity of 10,000 kg at LSP 600 mm.

The customer would like to safely pick up the existing drums via the mounting holes using a through shaft so that they can then be loaded onto the respective truck. For this case, the company ING. M. SCHURZ manufactures the SCHURZ slip-on shoes with specially designed V-shaped lifting trays and two push-through lifting shafts. The SCHURZ slip-on shoes are picked up using forklift forks and secured with our special SCHURZ quick-release fastener. One of the two lifting shafts is then inserted manually through the locating hole of the wooden or metal drum. This makes it possible to safely lift and transport the shaft together with the drum using the SCHURZ lifting shoes. The drum can now no longer slip off the forks during loading. The second lifting shaft can be inserted into the next drum during the transportation process. This enables efficient, rational working.

The insides of the mounting troughs of the SCHURZ slip-on shoes are coated to generate the coefficient of friction and thus achieve optimum safety and prevent the mounted shaft and drum from slipping out.
