The SCHURZ bolt-on forks, which fit onto a 3 t Toyota forklift truck, have a polyurethane coating on four sides.
The fork back was coated on the load side and the fork blade on the top and both sides. The fork blade was milled to a special thickness of 37 mm. The bolt-on forks were provided with an 8-fold back bore for countersunk Allen screws.
