The hydraulic SCHURZ carrier plate bucket, suitable for a Linde H 35 forklift truck with a basic load capacity of 3,500 kg at LSP 500 mm, was manufactured for our customer, who has been a renowned producer of various concrete and stone products on the market for seventy years.
One of the customer’s requirements was an above-average load capacity for the bulk material bucket. The commercially available bulk material buckets do not meet this challenge.
The SCHURZ carrier plate bucket is therefore not a standard product. At the customer’s request, the individual conditions (dimensions, shape, etc.) of the customer were taken into account and additionally designed and produced to be extra robust at the key points. This includes a specially reinforced side wall, a scraper bar made of hardened steel, reinforced and hardened pins, robust cylinders with rod ends, etc.
The SCHURZ carrier plate bucket is picked up and locked in place using the carrier plate of the forklift truck.
