With the SCHURZ big bag clamp including cutting device and optimized wheel bearings for forklifts, up to 100 big bags (400-1500 kg) can be placed safely and efficiently into a bunker every day by just one operator.
The big bags with a filling of paint and PU dust are picked up with the SCHURZ big bag clamp, placed on the SCHURZ cutting device and opened. The product is manufactured in ATEX explosion-proof design and is therefore suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The SCHURZ Big Bag clamp consists of a clamp and a clamping device for fixing the bags after cutting. This prevents bags from falling uncontrollably into the bunker.
The SCHURZ cutting device is permanently mounted on the bunker and is equipped with robust, replaceable blades. The entire SCHURZ big bag clamp, including the cutting device, is designed for the quick-change device of the wheel loader and provides a simple, safe and time-saving solution for handling large bag containers in an industrial environment.
