The SCHURZ repair of a Kaup fork positioner included the following measures:

  • Cutting off the worn forks and welding on new SCHURZ forks
  • Attaching wear protection plates to forks
  • Set up pressure relief valve for clamps and spreaders
  • Replacing the piston rod
  • Replacing the gasket set
