The SCHURZ repair of a 360° rotatable clamping fork in explosion-proof design included the following activities:

Cut off and remove the damaged stainless steel coating in the tip area (over a length of 200 mm in each case)
Cut new 3 mm thick stainless steel coating to size and weld onto the fork blank
