Our customer from the project construction sector in transportation and energy, as well as social and urban infrastructure, needed a cost-effective SCHURZ particle filter. The choice therefore fell on a PFE 80 system with a replaceable one-way filter insert. The SCHURZ particle filter was mounted on a Liebherr type 508 wheel loader with an engine output of 48 kW at 2600 rpm and a displacement of 3620 ccm.
Depending on the condition of the motor and the type of use, this device can be expected to run for a maximum of approx. 400 hours. After this, the filter insert must be replaced.
The complete system includes an electrical back pressure control with pressure switch. The installation was carried out by our specialist fitters.
