Award for active health promotion: BGF seal of approval

We are very pleased to announce that ING. M. SCHURZ GesmbH has been awarded the BGF seal of approval – an official recognition of our commitment to workplace health promotion (BGF).

The award ceremony was held by the Austrian Network for Workplace Health Promotionand recognizes companies that are particularly committed to the physical, mental and social well-being of their employees. The BGF seal of approval is awarded by the Healthy Austria Fund and is valid for three years.

Health as a lived corporate value

At ING. M. SCHURZ GesmbH, it is our aim not only to supply high-quality mechanical engineering solutions, but also to be an attractive and responsible employer. Health, safety and well-being in the workplace are integral parts of our corporate culture.

As part of the BGF project, targeted measures were developed and implemented together with our employees in order to identify needs at an early stage and take appropriate action.

Joint success

Being awarded the BGF seal of approval is a great motivation for us to continue on this path. It shows that our holistic approach is bearing fruit – both for the health of our employees and for the success of the company. After all, healthy and satisfied teams are the foundation for innovation and quality.
