Customized SCHURZ swivel push fork with fork tilt

As part of a project, an individually developed SCHURZ swivel push fork with integrated fork tilt was realized. This solution enables the safe and space-saving storage and retrieval of various load carriers – even in narrow aisles with forced guidance, as is often the case in modern warehouse logistics.

 

Sideshift device precisely matched to the operating conditions

The specially adapted sideshift device was precisely tailored to the requirements of the job site. It not only offers side access to shelves, but also supports classic front operation. The solution thus combines flexibility and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Safety thanks to hydraulic fork tilt

A key safety feature is the integrated hydraulic fork tilt. As the mast tilt of the truck is locked vertically, the load remains stable and controlled throughout the entire handling process. This significantly increases safety when working in narrow aisles.
